Fees are payable as an initial pre-payment with order followed by regular ongoing monthly standing order payments commencing after a pro rata period from the date of completion of your website. There is no set up fee. We will notify you as soon as we have made the first draft of your website active and available for you to review. Any changes we make at your request will be done as quickly as possible and usually within one or two working days. If we do not hear from you for a period of 2 weeks we will deem the website to be approved and take that date as the commencement point for future monthly fees. All subsequent website changes will be actioned entirely free of charge subject to the ‘Changes’ paragraph below. The website will be active or inactive during the review period as appropriate and at our discretion. We will continue to invoice you until we are given notice in writing by letter or email. If the fees are not paid in full the website will be made inactive. If email using your website domain address is required, up to 3 email addresses can be provided in the form nnn@yourdomainname.co.uk at a total cost of £1.50 per month. If you currently have a website and you wish to retain the website address then, if you are not the Registrar (the person registered with Nominet to process your domain name data), the domain will need to be released to us by your current Registrar who may ask you to pay an administrative charge. Alternatively, the transfer can often be effected by Nominet who will levy a one-off fee of £10 (if you have access to their control panel) or £20 if you need to confirm ownership of the domain). These costs, if applicable, are not included in our fee. Responsibilities Changes:. Provided all fees have been paid, we will make a reasonable number of changes to your website on an ongoing basis free of charge. We aim to make all changes within 2 business days and where possible will do so sooner. If frequent changes or more than one major change is required in any 12 month period we reserve the right to charge £25 per hour by prior agreement. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Adams Field Website Design will apply SEO free of charge to all websites we produce. We will endeavour to maximise your rankings on Google but make no specific claims or promises or commitments regarding the degree of success of these activities. E-mail service: Up to three email accounts associated with the website’s domain name can be provided for each website. This is a free-of-charge extra service provided on a reasonable-endeavour basis and explicitly excludes responsibility or liability arising from server- related or customer set-up issues resulting in loss of service or inability to access emails.

Cancellation:. Upon request, we will close your website

at any time although we will not refund the fee for any
